About the program

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, building professional relationships, and supporting the growth of the organization through effective communication and outreach. The intern will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential candidates or clients through LinkedIn and other platforms, and drafting professional emails. You will also assist in maintaining records, tracking responses, and coordinating with the team for follow ups and conversions. Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and should be confident in interacting with new people. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively is important for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently pursuing MBA or have prior experience in sales or business development. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and basic CRM tools will be an added advantage. This internship requires a commitment of 25 to 30 hours per week for a duration of 100 days. The role is virtual and provides an excellent opportunity to gain real world experience in business development and professional communication. As part of the selection process, candidates may be required to complete a short task such as drafting a professional outreach email based on a given scenario.
