About the program

Drama Club Internship provides hands-on experience in theater production, acting, and arts administration. Interns assist with rehearsals, performances, and behind-the-scenes tasks, contributing to creative projects while building skills in acting, script development, and technical production. Key Responsibilities Performance and Rehearsal Support: Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and rehearsals, including supporting actors in character analysis. Creative Contributions: Participate in scriptwriting, brainstorming, and development for new dramatic projects. Production & Logistics: Assist in the staging of amateur or professional performances, including managing props, sets, or behind-the-scenes tasks. Promotion & Outreach: Create content to market performances on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter, including producing videos and engaging with audiences. Documentation and Administration: Create performance reports, manage documentation (such as waivers for participants), and help with venue preparation. Common Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Platforms: Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and content creation. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Passion for Theater: Experience or interest in acting, directing, or scriptwriting. Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and handle changing project needs.
