About the program

Role: Social Media Designer and Manager Organization: Devoic Skilltech and Consultancy Pvt Ltd GrowthSquare We are looking for a creative and execution driven Social Media Designer and Manager to take ownership of our digital presence. You will design high quality social media content including static posts carousels and basic motion while managing and growing our presence across platforms like LinkedIn Twitter and Instagram You will plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals write engaging captions and maintain a consistent voice You will also experiment with content formats and trends to improve reach and engagement and collaborate with the core team on campaigns events and product launches. We are looking for someone with strong design skills preferably in Figma a good understanding of social media trends and content strategy and the ability to think creatively while executing fast You should have basic copywriting skills and an ownership mindset with the ability to take ideas from zero to live. You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in building and shaping the brand from the ground up with high ownership and real impact.
