About the program
Gudsky Research Foundation, a Section 8 non profit organization empowering innovation through research and technology. Gudsky Research Foundation is an initiative focused on spreading awareness about research, innovation, and emerging technologies. The aim is to help people understand what research is and how emerging technologies impact society through simple and engaging content delivered via digital platforms. This is a 45-day internship starting in May. The working hours are 4 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off. Candidates who perform well during the internship may be offered a 6-month extended internship opportunity based on their performance. The intern will be responsible for creating 1-minute short videos (Reels/Shorts) on topics related to emerging technologies, research awareness, and organizational initiatives. The role includes planning, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging video content. The candidate should be able to present complex topics in a simple and clear manner. The intern will also post and manage content on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, stay updated with current trends and formats, maintain consistency in branding and messaging, collaborate with the team for content planning and execution, and track performance to improve engagement. The candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera, as face visibility is required for creating awareness-driven content. The candidate should have an interest in content creation and social media, along with basic knowledge of video shooting and editing. Good communication and creative skills are important, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in content creation while working on real-world awareness initiatives. It also offers a chance to contribute to meaningful projects and secure a longer internship opportunity based on performance.

Terms of Engagement
This is a 45-day internship, and interns are expected to commit for the full duration of the program. The working hours are 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday, and interns are expected to manage their time effectively to meet assigned responsibilities. Interns are required to complete all assigned tasks within the given deadlines and maintain regular communication with the team. Timely updates on work progress and active participation in discussions are expected throughout the internship. All interns must maintain professionalism in their communication and content creation. They are required to follow the organization’s content guidelines, brand standards, and instructions provided by the team. All content created during the internship will be considered the property of the organization and may be used for official purposes. Interns are expected to ensure originality and quality in their work. The internship certificate will be provided only upon successful completion of the full internship duration. Consistent performance and active engagement are expected throughout the internship, and failure to meet expectations, lack of participation, or prolonged inactivity may lead to early termination. Any extension of the internship or future opportunities within the organization will be based on the intern’s overall performance and evaluation during the internship period.
