About the program

StudyEcart Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking 10 high caliber interns to join our engineering division. This is a 100 percent Remote first role focusing on building production grade systems for the StudyEcart LMS and custom AI tools under our subbrand, NavaGenes AI Studio. As an intern, you will work directly with the Lead Software Architect on a tech stack comprising Java 21, Spring Boot 3, and Microservices Architecture. This is not a basic training program we expect interns to demonstrate a Founder Mentality by taking ownership of complex modules and integrating Intelligent DNA into business logic through Generative AI research. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Backend: Develop scalable services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3. 2. AI Research: Implement AI driven automation using Spring AI and LLM frameworks. 3. Database: Optimize high performance schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL. 4. Web Specialty: Build SEO optimized, high performance static websites and modern React interfaces. 5. DevOps: Utilize Git, Docker, and Jira for professional grade project management. We bridge the gap between academic theory and MNC industrial requirements. Terms of Engagement

Hours: 4 to 6 hours daily, Monday to Saturday. Professional Conduct: High standards in code quality, Git commits, and documentation are mandatory. Confidentiality: All internal company data, architectures, and AI strategies are protected property of the company. Evaluation: Weekly reporting and meeting technical baseline targets are required for continued engagement.
