Terms of Engagement
This is a part-time, unpaid internship focused on learning and social impact. The internship duration is 3 months (mandatory). Interns must ensure timely completion of tasks within flexible working hours. Active participation in video editing, collaboration, and content creation tasks is required. Work must meet quality standards and organizational branding guidelines. Performance will be evaluated based on quality, creativity, consistency, and deadlines. Interns must maintain professional communication and regular updates. All work created will be the intellectual property of the organization. Portfolio usage of work requires prior permission from the organization. Interns must follow confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship. Letter of Recommendation will be performance-based. Internship may be terminated in case of non-performance or misconduct. High-performing interns may receive future opportunities or extended roles.
