About the program
he HR Intern Talent Acquisition role is a 3 months work from home internship under the Bangalore branch, focused primarily on hiring candidates for specific roles within the organization. The intern will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, scheduling and coordinating further interview rounds, and ensuring timely follow ups for closures. They will maintain candidate pipelines, track daily hiring progress, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process. The role requires strong communication skills English mandatory, basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to work in a structured, target driven environment while handling confidential information responsibly. In return, the intern will gain hands on experience in real time hiring processes, exposure to corporate recruitment strategies, and opportunities to develop professional communication and coordination skills, along with an internship certificate, a letter of recommendation based on performance, and a potential opportunity for a fulltime role.

Terms of Engagement
The internship is for a fixed duration of 3 months and is conducted in a work-from-home mode under the Bangalore branch. Interns are expected to maintain strict discipline, adhere to assigned working hours, and submit daily work updates to the reporting manager. This is a performance-driven role focused on achieving hiring targets, and consistent follow-ups and timely closures are mandatory. Interns must ensure professionalism in all communications with candidates and internal teams and are required to follow the organization’s policies, reporting structure, and code of conduct at all times. Any form of misconduct, non-performance, irregular attendance, or failure to meet expectations may lead to termination of the internship. The organization reserves the right to modify, extend, or conclude the internship based on performance and business requirements.
