About the program

The AICTE Machine Learning internship provided a strong foundation in datadriven technologies and intelligent systems. The program focused on understanding core machine learning concepts and applying them to solve realworld problems through handson practice. During the internship, I learned Python programming and worked with essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data analysis and visualization. I gained experience in data preprocessing techniques, including data cleaning, handling missing values, normalization, and exploratory data analysis EDA, which are crucial steps before building machine learning models. The internship covered important machine learning algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machines. I implemented these algorithms on various datasets to understand their working principles and performance. I also learned about model evaluation techniques using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1score. Additionally, I was introduced to basic concepts of Deep Learning and Neural Networks, which helped me understand advanced AI applications. A key part of the internship was working on a realtime project where I applied machine learning techniques to develop predictive or classification models. Through this internship, I improved my analytical thinking, problemsolving skills, and ability to work with realworld datasets. I also gained insights into the applications of machine learning in domains such as healthcare, finance, and automation. Overall, the internship enhanced my technical knowledge and practical skills in machine learning, preparing me for future roles in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
