About the program

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Interns. In this role, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. You will support sales and marketing strategies, conduct market research, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who have strong communication skills, a keen interest in business, and a willingness to learn. In return, you will gain hands on experience, industry exposure, a certificate of internship, and the opportunity for a fulltime role based on your performance. Credits may be considered by the respective institution as per academic guidelines.

Terms of Engagement

The internship will be governed by the guidelines of the AICTE National Internship Portal. The selected candidates are expected to actively participate in assigned tasks related to business development, sales, and market research. Interns must maintain regular attendance, submit periodic progress reports, and adhere to the organization’s policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements. The internship is purely for educational and skill development purposes and does not guarantee employment. However, candidates demonstrating exceptional performance may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). The organization reserves the right to evaluate performance and terminate the internship in case of misconduct or non-performance. Upon successful completion of the internship and submission of all assigned deliverables, interns will be awarded an Internship Completion Certificate as per AICTE norms.
