About the program

During my AICTE internship as a Backend Developer, I gained handson experience in designing, developing, and maintaining serverside applications that power modern web platforms. My primary responsibility was to build scalable and efficient backend systems using technologies such as Python, Java, and Node.js, along with frameworks like Django and Express.js. I worked extensively with databases including MySQL and MongoDB to store, retrieve, and manage application data securely. One of my key contributions involved developing RESTful APIs that enabled seamless communication between frontend interfaces and backend services. I also implemented authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and user privacy. Throughout the internship, I collaborated with frontend developers and UIUX designers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic. I participated in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance to ensure reliability and speed. Additionally, I gained exposure to version control systems like Git and learned how to manage code in a collaborative development environment. The internship also helped me understand realworld software development practices, including Agile methodology, sprint planning, and task management. I developed problemsolving skills by working on realtime issues and improved my ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Overall, this internship enhanced my technical knowledge in backend development, strengthened my understanding of web architecture, and prepared me to contribute effectively to fullstack development projects in the future.
