AI Agents Workflow Developer Job Description We are seeking an AI Agents Workflow Engineer to design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents and automated workflows. The role involves developing LLMpowered agents, integrating APIs, creating task automation pipelines, and improving agent reliability and performance. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions using modern AI frameworks. Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI. Design automated workflows, task orchestration, and multiagent systems. Integrate thirdparty APIs, databases, and tools into agent workflows. Finetune prompts, improve agent reasoning, and enhance output accuracy. Monitor performance, debug issues, and optimize for speedcost. Document workflows and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Required Skills Strong understanding of Python or JavaScript. Familiarity with LLM APIs OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.. Knowledge of automation tools and workflow orchestration. Understanding of vector databases Pinecone, Chroma, etc.. Problemsolving skills and ability to experiment rapidly. Preferred Optional Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar. Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG RetrievalAugmented Generation. Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment AWS, GCP, Vercel.
