About the program

We are excited to offer a Python Developer Internship with Training, designed for students and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in Python programming and gain realworld project experience. This internship is a perfect blend of structured training and practical implementation, allowing you to learn industrylevel development from scratch. During the training phase, interns will start with Python fundamentals such as syntax, data types, loops, functions, objectoriented programming, modules, exception handling, and file handling. Terms of Engagement

Duration: The internship lasts 2–3 months, depending on training speed and project performance. Commitment: Interns must commit 2–3 hours daily or as per the assigned schedule. Attendance: Regular participation in training sessions and project meetings is required. Code of Conduct: Interns must maintain professionalism, discipline, and timely communication throughout the internship. Work Ownership: All project work, source code, and materials developed during the internship will remain the property of the organization. Confidentiality: Interns must not share project details, data, code, or internal documents with any external party. Performance Review: Weekly evaluations will be conducted based on task completion, code quality, and learning progress. Stipend Policy: Stipend will be provided only on performance evaluation and completion of assigned tasks/projects. Termination Clause: Failure to follow guidelines, lack of participation, or misconduct may result in early termination. Certificate Policy: Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of training, project tasks, and minimum attendance requirements.
