About the program

This internship focuses on the development of Sparwix systems and the expansion of the Sparwix ecosystem. The selected intern will work directly on designing, building, and optimizing AI powered automation modules, backend frameworks, and intelligent service layers that form the foundation of Sparwix’s internal technologies. The role provides exposure to real-world system design, AI integration, and modern cloud-based application development under professional guidance. For this role, we are not evaluating candidates based on their degree or educational background. We are looking for pure, demonstrated talent individuals who can think independently, collaborate effectively, and work with us at an impressive pace. Perks

The intern will receive a performance-based stipend of ?88,000, along with the opportunity to work directly with the Sparwix core engineering team on real production-level systems. This virtual internship offers flexible remote work, one-on-one technical mentorship, and hands-on experience in AI integration, backend development, and automation workflows. The selected candidate will gain exposure to modern cloud technologies, advanced system architecture, and real-world product engineering practices. Upon successful completion, the intern will receive a Certificate of Excellence and may be considered for long-term collaboration or a future placement opportunity with Sparwix.
