About the program
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Robotics and AI Intern to join our RD team. The intern will assist in the development, programming, and testing of intelligent robotic systems integrating computer vision, machine learning, and autonomous control. This internship provides handson experience with realworld robotics projects involving AIdriven automation, perception, and decisionmaking. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, simulation, and programming of robotic systems using platforms like ROS, Gazebo, and TurtleBot. Develop and implement AI algorithms for perception, motion planning, and object detection. Work with sensor data camera, LiDAR, IMU to enable autonomous navigation and humanrobot interaction. Support integration of machine learning and deep learning models e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to test and debug robotic applications. Contribute to the documentation, presentations, and technical reports for project progress. Explore cuttingedge research in robotics, AI, NLP, and reinforcement learning for potential deployment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Basic understanding of PythonC++ programming and robotic frameworks like ROS Robot Operating System. Familiarity with Gazebo, MoveIt, or Webots for simulation. Knowledge of AIML concepts such as neural networks, image recognition, or NLP. Handson experience with microcontrollers or SBCs e.g., Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, Arduino is a plus. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Optional: Experience with OpenCV, YOLO, or TensorFlow models for computer vision. Understanding of SLAM, path planning, or robot localization algorithms. Exposure to generative AI or voicebased assistants in robotics.
