Terms of Engagement

The candidate will be engaged as an intern or trainee in the Human Resource department. The engagement period will be for a fixed duration as communicated by the company. The role will involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR related activities. The intern or trainee is expected to maintain confidentiality of all company information. Attendance and punctuality are mandatory during the engagement period. The engagement does not guarantee permanent employment with the company. A certificate of completion will be provided upon successful completion of the internship period. The intern or trainee must follow all company policies and code of conduct during the engagement. Any violation of company rules may result in termination of the engagement. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the engagement at its discretion.
