About the program

TechieHelp is seeking enthusiastic Android Developer Interns who are passionate about building highquality mobile applications. Youll get the opportunity to work on live projects, design userfriendly interfaces, and collaborate with our tech team to develop innovative solutions for clients and inhouse products. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to strengthen their Android development skills using Kotlin, Java, and Firebase.

Terms of Engagement

Internship Type: This is a remote internship offered by TechieHelp (MSME Registered Startup). Duration: The internship will last for 2–3 months, starting from the date of joining. Work Hours: Interns are expected to contribute 10–15 hours per week with flexible working hours. Stipend: A performance-based stipend of ?5,000/month will be provided to eligible interns. Performance Review: Interns’ work will be reviewed weekly by project mentors. Consistent performance is mandatory to continue in the program. Confidentiality: Interns must maintain confidentiality regarding all TechieHelp projects, data, and client information. Code Ownership: All code, designs, and deliverables created during the internship will remain the intellectual property of TechieHelp. Professional Conduct: Interns are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork throughout the engagement. Completion Requirements: To successfully complete the internship, interns must submit assigned tasks, attend reviews, and complete their final project. Certification: Upon successful completion, interns will receive an Internship Certificate and, based on performance, a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) or Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) consideration.
