Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and detailoriented individuals to conduct incognito mystery bank surveys across assigned branches. The purpose of the survey is to assess customer service quality and operational efficiency at bank locations. Selected candidates will receive training and a structured questionnaire to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Roles Responsibilities: Visit assigned bank branches as a regular customer and complete the survey discreetly. Observe and evaluate customer service, staff behavior, and branch environment. Record observations accurately in the provided questionnaire. Submit survey reports within the given timeline. Ensure confidentiality of all surveyrelated information.
