About the program

Mahagenco Koyna Generating Station Complex, Pophali is the largest hydroelectric power plant in India. Presently total capacity of Koyna Generating Station Complex is 1956 MW comprises of Stage III power station 4x70 MW, 4x80MW, Stage III power station 4x80 MW, Stage IV power station 4x250 MW and KDPH power station 2x18 MW. Interns are exposed to the specific tasks and projects related to their stream. As per Mahagenco recruitment policy carry on all the recruitment procedural activities, leading court matters related to the company service regulations, Employee records management, Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations. Payroll and Benefits Administration, Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including data entry and responding to employee inquiries. Compliance and Policy Implementation, ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures etc.
