Mode: Work From Home Role Type: Internship Duration: Minimum 6 Months Internship Certificate upon successful completion Roles Responsibilities: Strictly follow the assigned calling pitch during customer interactions. Make the required number of out bound calls on a daily basis. Explain and promote credit card products to potential customers. Assist candidates customers with application and onboarding steps. Maintain accurate call logs and update daily tracking sheets. Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets. Languages Required: Tamil Malayalam Eligibility Skills: Good communication skills in required languages. Basic sales or customer handling knowledge training will be provided. Terms of Engagement

Terms & Engagement This is a Work From Home internship for the role of Credit Card Sales Executive. Interns must strictly follow the company-provided calling pitch and process guidelines. Daily calling targets must be met as assigned by the reporting manager. Interns are required to maintain accurate call logs and update tracking sheets on a daily basis. The internship duration is minimum 6 months; early exit will make the intern ineligible for certification. Internship Certificate will be issued only after successful completion of the tenure and performance requirements. Performance will be monitored regularly based on call quality, discipline, and target achievement. The company reserves the right to modify targets, processes, or discontinue the internship in case of non-performance or policy violations. Interns must maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
