About the program

The Early Career Virtual Internship for 2nd Year Students at Mind Merge Soft Tech Pvt Ltd is a structured, project based industry internship designed to provide early professional exposure to undergraduate students. This internship enables selected students to work remotely from their respective colleges while contributing to live industry projects under guided mentorship. The program focuses on developing practical skills, problem solving ability, and professional work ethics through real world assignments rather than theoretical learning. Interns will be assigned domain specific tasks aligned with ongoing projects of Mind Merge Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, such as software development, digital marketing, UIUX design, AI tools, business operations, and ERPCRM documentation. Each intern will follow a structured weekly task plan, receive periodic reviews, and gain hands on experience with industry tools and workflows. The internship is exclusively open to 2nd year students and is designed to complement academic schedules, requiring approximately 58 hours per week. Evaluation is strictly output based, and interns must complete assigned deliverables to qualify for certification. Upon successful completion, interns will receive an AICTE recognized Internship Completion Certificate. Exceptional performers may also receive Merit Certificates, Letters of Recommendation, and opportunities for paid internships or future roles with the organization. This internship aligns with AICTEs objective of promoting early industry exposure, skill development, and experiential learning among undergraduate students.
