Role Overview: We are looking for a Management Intern who will assist in coordinating and managing our software development team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain experience in team management, project coordination, and agile processes within a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the CTO, CEO and project leads to plan, track, and monitor development tasks. 2. Help organise daily standups, sprint planning, and progress reviews. 3. Maintain project documentation, task boards, e.g., TrelloJira, and timelines. 4. Facilitate smooth communication between developers, designers, and management 5. Identify roadblocks and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery. 6. Support HR in intern onboarding and trackingthe productivity of development interns. Required Skills: 1. Strong organisational and time management skills. 2. Good understanding of the software development life cycle SDLC or willingness to learn. 3. Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal. 4. Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar is a plus. 5. Ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team. Eligibility: 1. MBA, BBA students or graduates with an interest in technology project management. 2. Techsavvy individuals with a passion for leadership and problem-solving. 3.
