Roles Responsibilities: As an HR Intern at Codevocado, you will gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, recruitment, and people management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in endtoend recruitment sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. 2. Post internship and job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. 3. Coordinate with technical teams and candidates for interview processes. 4. Maintain and update candidate and intern databases. 5. Support onboarding and documentation of interns. 6. Track intern performance, attendance, and feedback. 7. Assist in HR policies, engagement activities, and internal communication. 8. Help in issuing offer letters, certificates, and LORs. 9. Handle basic HR reporting and data management. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Pursuing or completed an MBA, PGDM HR, BBA, B.Com, or related degree. 2. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. 3. Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment. 4. Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets. 5. Self-motivated and willing to learn. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
