About the program

The CJN Platform Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the technical and operational activities of the CJN platform. This role involves linking QR codes to relevant jobs, interviews, and assessment modules, as well as uploading and managing content on the CJN backend system. The intern will also track and analyze QR scan data and job application metrics to support performance monitoring and platform optimization. The role requires a techfriendly mindset, familiarity with basic web tools, and the ability to handle and manage data accurately. This internship is best suited for Engineering or IT students, with an intake of 10 interns, who are interested in gaining handson experience in platform operations and datadriven digital systems. What Interns Will Learn During the internship, candidates will gain handson exposure to the realworld job market, understanding how employers hire and how careers evolve across industries. Interns will learn media production and content workflows, including planning, coordination, and execution. They will interact directly with employers, gaining insight into professional communication and hiring processes. The program also focuses on analyticsdriven content performance, helping interns understand how data influences reach and impact. Additionally, interns will be introduced to AIenabled career platforms, providing exposure to modern, technologyled recruitment and career solutions. Intern Benefits Successful interns will receive an Internship Certificate upon completion. A Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on individual performance and contribution. Mode of Internship The internship is available in Pune inoffice as well as remote and hybrid formats. Interns will work on live projects, ensuring practical learning and industryrelevant experience throughout the program.
