About the program

This internship is designed for students who are passionate about user interface design user experience design and visual communication. The UI UX and Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the product and development team to design intuitive visually appealing and user centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The intern will be involved in understanding user requirements converting ideas into wireframes and transforming them into high fidelity user interface designs. The role also includes designing visual assets such as banners posters social media creatives and branding materials required for company products and marketing activities. During the internship the candidate will gain hands on experience in UI UX design processes including user research user flows information architecture wireframing prototyping and usability improvement. The intern will actively use modern design tools such as Figma Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create professional quality designs. The intern is expected to think creatively apply design principles like color theory typography spacing and consistency and ensure that the designs are aligned with real world user needs. The candidate should be able to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with developers product managers and other team members. This internship is suitable for students pursuing degrees in design computer science or related fields who want real industry exposure and practical experience. A strong design portfolio is mandatory and will be the primary criteria for selection. The internship will help the intern build strong design skills understand product design workflows and prepare for professional UI UX and graphic design roles in the industry.

Terms of Engagement

The internship is for a fixed duration as mentioned in the offer letter. The intern is expected to maintain professional conduct and follow company policies during the internship period. The intern must actively participate in assigned tasks meetings and reviews. All work completed during the internship will be the intellectual property of the company. The intern must maintain confidentiality of company data designs and internal discussions. The internship is performance based and continuation or pre placement opportunity depends on work quality and discipline. The company reserves the right to discontinue the internship in case of misconduct non performance or violation of company rules. Internship completion certificate will be provided only after successful completion of assigned responsibilities and submission of required deliverables. Attendance and regular communication are mandatory throughout the internship period.
