About the program

We are looking for motivated students who are interested in business development IT sales and client acquisition. As a Business Development Executive Intern you will identify potential clients understand their business needs and pitch Novatech Technologies IT services. Interns will work closely with the core team to generate leads assist in client communication and support conversion of leads into live projects. Training and guidance will be provided to help interns understand IT services sales processes and professional communication. This internship is suitable for students seeking real world exposure to startups sales strategy and client handling with performance based earning opportunities through commissions.

Terms of Engagement

This internship is a performance based learning opportunity with no fixed stipend. Interns will receive commission based incentives for every successful client conversion as per company policy. Training guidance and mentorship will be provided during the internship period. Interns who demonstrate strong performance professionalism and the ability to generate quality leads may be considered for future permanent or long term roles with the company based on business requirements. However placement or employment after internship completion is not guaranteed. An internship completion certificate will be issued to interns who successfully complete the internship duration and assigned responsibilities.
