About the program

Sparwix is recruiting Web Development and Digital Marketing Interns to work on real tasks associated with Sparwix’s technology initiatives and online presence. This is a remote internship where selected candidates engage in both technical and marketing execution depending on their skill areas and interest. Interns will contribute to web-related tasks such as assisting in frontend development, UI improvements, basic API integrations, content updates, and platform testing under supervision using modern web tools and frameworks. In parallel, interns will also support Sparwix’s digital outreach operations which include distributing content across official platforms, coordinating online communication for events and technology announcements, building audience awareness within relevant communities, and enhancing overall visibility for Sparwix’s ecosystem. No classroom-style sessions are conducted; interns gain experience by working on real projects with guidance. This internship is ideal for students who are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments. Candidates from technical or non-technical backgrounds may apply, provided they can actively participate in assigned tasks. Web developers are expected to have basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any modern web framework, while digital marketing interns should have interest in online communication, branding, outreach, or community engagement. Work timings are flexible, but task completion and weekly reporting are mandatory.

Terms of Engagement

This internship is task-driven and requires interns to consistently participate in Sparwix’s development and digital communication workflows. Interns are expected to conduct themselves professionally while interacting in online or academic environments, follow instructions accurately, and submit progress updates through official channels such as WhatsApp, shared documents, or email. Misrepresentation, spamming, or unprofessional conduct may lead to removal. Completion certificates are issued only to those who complete the full duration of the internship with active participation, timely submissions, and satisfactory performance. Performance may be evaluated based on task execution, reporting discipline, communication quality, and contribution to Sparwix’s web and digital visibility objectives.
