About the program

Xyzon Innovations Private Limited is offering a three months virtual internship for MERN Stack Developers. This internship is intended for candidates who already have knowledge of the MERN stack and are ready to work on real time company EDTech website development and internal projects. This internship is not a training program. Candidates are expected to contribute to live development work from the beginning of the internship period. Terms of Engagement

This internship is a three months virtual engagement with Xyzon Innovations Private Limited. The internship is project based and performance oriented. It is not a training program. Interns are expected to work on real time company projects including website development and internal systems. Interns must adhere to company guidelines timelines and professional conduct throughout the internship period. Interns are required to maintain confidentiality of all company data source code credentials and internal information. All work created during the internship including code designs and documentation will be the intellectual property of Xyzon Innovations Private Limited. Interns must attend assigned meetings submit progress updates and follow reporting structures as communicated by the company. Failure to meet performance expectations deadlines or professional standards may result in early termination of the internship. This internship does not guarantee employment. Placement opportunities if any will be strictly performance based and subject to company requirements. Interns are responsible for having their own system internet connection and required tools to complete assigned tasks. No stipend is applicable unless explicitly communicated in writing by the company. The company reserves the right to modify project scope tasks or timelines based on business requirements. Internship completion certificate and experience letter will be issued only upon successful completion of the internship and fulfillment of all assigned responsibilities.
