Terms of Engagement

This internship is for learning and skill development purposes in the field of startup and entrepreneurship. Interns are expected to actively participate in assigned learning modules, activities, and project work. The internship duration is fixed as per the dates mentioned in the offer and must be completed in full to be eligible for certification. Stipend, if applicable, will be released upon successful completion of internship requirements and performance criteria. Interns must adhere to professional conduct, timelines, and instructions shared by the mentors or program coordinators. Any form of misconduct, non-participation, or violation of guidelines may lead to termination of the internship without certification or stipend. The organization reserves the right to modify the internship structure or schedule with prior communication. Certificates and recommendation letters will be issued only to interns who meet the attendance and performance standards.
