About the program

Gudsky Research Foundation is hiring for the position of Senior Events Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing logistics for webinars workshops and other academic or community focused events organized by the foundation. The Senior Events Manager will plan schedule and coordinate end to end event logistics including virtual platforms registrations speaker coordination and internal team communication. The role also involves ensuring smooth execution of webinars and workshops while managing timelines follow ups and basic event documentation.This engagement is for a duration of twelve months with flexible working hours of approximately four hours per day and a flexible or remote mode of work as per event requirements. This is an unpaid role focused on coordination responsibility and professional exposure in event and program management.

Terms of Engagement

The engagement is for a duration of twelve months with a time commitment of approximately four hours per day and flexible working hours based on event schedules. The mode of engagement is flexible or remote as per organizational and event requirements. This is an unpaid role. The individual is expected to maintain professionalism confidentiality and timely coordination to ensure smooth execution of webinars workshops and related activities. Gudsky Research Foundation reserves the right to modify responsibilities or conclude the engagement based on organizational needs and performance. Upon successful completion an experience certificate and letter of recommendation may be issued.
