About the program

VEducate is developing ZapSkill, an AI powered and gamified learning platform for engineering students. This internship gives students the opportunity to work directly with our R and D team to study the EdTech landscape and shape the future of the ZapSkill product. Interns will conduct focused market research on student learning trends, competitor platforms, and industry requirements. They will analyse collected data to identify gaps, opportunities, and new feature ideas for ZapSkill. The role also involves interacting with students and colleges to gather insights on learning behaviour, expectations, and challenges. Interns will support the creation of product concept notes, user flow outlines, and research reports that guide future development. They will participate in brainstorming sessions to validate ideas and contribute to the innovation process within VEducate. The internship offers practical exposure to EdTech product research, user behaviour analysis, and structured documentation. It is ideal for students who enjoy research, problem solving, and contributing to early stage product development.

Terms of Engagement

1.The internship will be conducted entirely in virtual mode. Interns must have a stable internet connection and a personal laptop. 2.Interns are expected to complete assigned research tasks, attend scheduled virtual meetings, and submit weekly progress reports. 3.Working hours are flexible, but interns must be available for coordination during agreed time slots with the R and D team. 4.All research materials, reports, and documents created during the internship will be the property of VEducate and must not be shared externally. 5.Interns are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding product ideas, research data, and internal discussions related to ZapSkill. 6.Performance will be evaluated based on task completion, quality of research, punctuality, and participation in team discussions. 7.The internship certificate and letter of recommendation will be issued only upon successful completion of assigned work and submission of the final report. 8.VEducate reserves the right to discontinue the internship in case of misconduct, non participation, or violation of guidelines.
