About the program

The HR Analyst Internship at HealthTech Mastery Academy provides students with an opportunity to gain practical exposure in Human Resources functions, data driven HR decision making, and modern HR processes used in organizations today. This internship is designed for students who are interested in understanding how HR policies, employee management systems, and workforce analytics operate in a structured professional environment. During this internship, students will learn the fundamentals of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR compliance. Interns will participate in activities such as screening resumes, maintaining candidate databases, preparing job descriptions, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting in creating HR dashboards and reports. They will also work with mock HR data to understand how data insights help in planning workforce needs, improving employee experience, and supporting organizational goals. Interns will receive guidance on how HR teams collect and analyze workforce information, prepare HR documentation, conduct surveys, track employee performance metrics, and support day to day HR operations. They will also gain exposure to HR tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication practices used in modern HR departments. This internship is ideal for students who have strong communication skills, attention to detail, interest in people management, and willingness to learn HR systems and best practices. By the end of the internship, students will gain practical experience that prepares them for junior level HR roles such as HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Intern, or HR Operations Executive

All documentation and material provided during the internship remain the property of the organization. Non compliance with guidelines may result in discontinuation of the internship.
