Terms of Engagement

1. Eligibility The candidate must be a student, fresher, or job seeker with a basic understanding of the selected domain. Applicants must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration. 2. Program Enrollment Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration and fee payment (if applicable). Students must choose their preferred domain at the time of registration. 3. Attendance & Participation A minimum of 75% attendance is required to qualify for certification. Students must actively participate in all sessions, assessments, and project work. Delayed submissions may affect certification eligibility. 4. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to: Maintain discipline and follow professional behaviour during sessions. Respect trainers, mentors, and fellow participants. Avoid sharing abusive, misleading, or harmful content in any TEK-Z platform. 5. Academic Integrity All assignments and project submissions must be the participant’s original work. Plagiarism or misuse of resources may lead to termination from the program. 6. Internship / Project Work Students must complete the assigned tasks and project activities within the given timeline. TEK-Z may assign individual or group-based projects depending on the domain. 7. Certification Criteria Certification will be issued only if the participant: Meets attendance requirements Completes all assessments and projects Follows TEK-Z training guidelines Achieves the minimum required performance standards 8. Refund & Cancellation Policy Fees paid are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by TEK-Z management. Program dates may be rescheduled based on training batches. 9. Placement Assistance TEK-Z provides support such as job referrals, resume-building, and mock interviews. TEK-Z does not guarantee job placement, but ensures strong guidance and career support. 10. Confidentiality Participants must not share TEK-Z training materials, passwords, or internal resources with others. All content provided is for educational use only. 11. Communication All official communication will be shared through email, WhatsApp, or LMS platforms. Participants must check updates regularly. 12. Disciplinary Action TEK-Z reserves the right to remove participants from the program if they: Violate terms Engage in misconduct Disrupt sessions Misuse TEK-Z resources
