About the program

The Salesforce Internship provides hands on training in using Salesforce CRM to manage business processes customer data and automation. Interns learn the basics of Salesforce objects fields workflows validation rules and reports. The internship covers working with Sales Cloud Service Cloud dashboards data management and simple automation using Process Builder and Flow. Interns work on real tasks such as creating records customizing layouts generating reports and supporting user requirements. They also learn how to troubleshoot issues maintain data quality and understand Salesforce administration practices. By the end of the internship interns gain practical experience in Salesforce configuration CRM operations and supporting business processes using the platform.
