Responsibilities: Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans. Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment. Review applications and Interview processes. Coordinate with the candidates Proactively. Develop recruitment related Documents. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Develop training and development programs. Assist in performance management processes. Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills. Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads. Familiarity with MS excel analyzing spreadsheets and charts. Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations. Ability to collaborate with team members, Self Motivated and organized. Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Terms of Engagement

Terms and Conditions of Human Resources Internship Gnanadhara Foundation NGO Duration is 3 Months Type is Unpaid Mode is Remote 1. Internship Nature This is an unpaid internship meant for learning and professional development. Duration is 2 to 3 months, with flexible working hours as agreed upon. 2. Work Commitment Interns are expected to participate actively in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and coordination. Timely submission of assigned tasks and regular communication with the team is required. 3. Professional Conduct Interns must maintain professional behavior and ethical standards in all communication and responsibilities. Any misconduct or violation of foundation values may result in termination of the internship. 4. Confidentiality All internal discussions, candidate data, and recruitment documents must be treated as confidential. Information must not be shared outside the organization without written consent. 5. Performance & Evaluation Regular feedback may be provided. Completion of tasks and involvement will be reviewed for issuing certificates. 6. Intellectual Property Any materials, content, or documentation created during the internship will be the property of Gnanadhara Foundation. 7. Completion Benefits Upon successful completion and satisfactory performance, interns will receive: Experience Certificate Letter of Recommendation performance-based 8. Termination Clause Either party may terminate the internship with prior notice and valid reason. In case of early withdrawal, the intern should inform the coordinator at least 5 days in advance. Declaration By joining the internship, the intern agrees to follow these terms and maintain professional commitment throughout the tenure.
