With a vision to create an industryready workforce who will eventually become leaders in emerging technologies EduSkills AICTE launches the Virtual Internship program on Employability Skills Job Ready supported by Wadhwani Foundation In todays dynamic job market securing and sustaining employment demands more than just technical expertise According to a report by the World Economic Forum by 2025 85 million jobs may be displaced due to automation while 97 million new roles could emerge that require a combination of technical and soft skills A LinkedIn survey found that 92 of hiring managers consider soft skills equally or more important than hard skills when making hiring decisions
