Terms of Engagement

Duration The internship will typically last for a period of three to six months. The exact duration may vary based on project requirements and mutual agreement. Work Hours Interns are expected to follow flexible working hours as agreed upon with the company. Timely attendance for meetings and task submissions is mandatory. Mode of Work The internship may be conducted in office or in hybrid or remote mode depending on company needs and project allocation. Stipend Stipend or allowance details if applicable will be communicated during the selection process. In some cases the internship may be unpaid and purely for learning and experience. Confidentiality Interns are required to maintain confidentiality of company data projects and client information during and after the internship period. Performance Evaluation Interns will be regularly evaluated based on their contribution punctuality teamwork and learning attitude. Constructive feedback will be shared for improvement. Certification On successful completion of the internship interns will receive a certificate from Rveiya Dynamics Pvt Ltd. Outstanding performance may lead to consideration for full time employment. Termination The company reserves the right to terminate the internship in case of misconduct violation of policies or unsatisfactory performance. Interns may also choose to end their internship by giving prior written notice.
