About the program

The Web App Development internship offers handson experience in designing, building, and deploying modern web and mobile applications. Interns will work on realworld projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, gaining exposure to both frontend and backend development practices. During the internship, interns will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, UIUX design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. They will learn to build responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, as well as mobile applications with frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. On the back end, interns will gain exposure to databases MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment platforms. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the development and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications. Writing clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver userfriendly solutions. Conducting software testing, troubleshooting bugs, and ensuring application performance. Exploring new technologies and contributing to process improvements. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen problemsolving skills, develop technical expertise, and gain insight into industrystandard tools such as Git, GitHub, VS Code, and Postman. By the end of the program, interns will have built a strong portfolio of projects, practical development experience, and enhanced collaboration skills, preparing them for careers in software engineering, fullstack development, or mobile app development.

Terms of Engagement

Duration: The internship will typically range from 8 to 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. Work Mode: Interns may work in On-site / Remote / Hybrid mode as per company policy. Working Hours: A minimum of 20–30 hours per week is expected. Flexible scheduling may be provided to accommodate academic commitments. Stipend: The internship may be paid / unpaid / performance-based as per organizational norms. (To be communicated before onboarding.) Confidentiality: Interns are expected to maintain strict confidentiality of company data, code, and project information. Ownership of Work: All work, code, and deliverables developed during the internship will remain the intellectual property of the organization. Performance Review: Progress will be evaluated regularly through mentor feedback, project milestones, and submission of deliverables. Completion: Upon successful completion, interns will receive an Internship Completion Certificate and may be eligible for a Letter of Recommendation . Code of Conduct: Interns must adhere to company policies, maintain professional behavior, and uphold ethical standards throughout the internship.
