Responsibilities Assist in building and maintaining web applications frontend and possibly light backend. Work with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and perhaps frameworks like React, Angular or Vue for UI components. Collaborate with designUX teams to implement responsive, accessible web pages. Fix bugs, perform testing, and ensure crossbrowser compatibility. Participate in performance optimization ensuring websitesapps load quickly, are mobilefriendly. Deployment version control: using tools like Git, possibly helping with CICD or manual deployment processes. Assist with website content updating, integration of APIs, or thirdparty services if needed. Work under mentorship: code reviews, guidance from senior developers or project leads. Possibly help in support maintenance tasks e.g. bug fixes, updates for existing web assets. Required Preferred Skills Qualifications Basic knowledge of web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Understanding of responsive design. Familiarity with version control Git and collaborative workflows. Some experience with frontend frameworks React, Vue, Angular is a plus. Understanding of backend basics APIs, serverside logic is beneficial but may not be mandatory. Attention to detail, ability to write clean, maintainable code. Ability to debug issues layout, browser, device compatibility. Good communication skills, willingness to learn. Enthusiasm about working with students, in educational innovationdriven environment.

Terms of Engagement

Position & Nature of Internship The individual shall serve as a Web Development Intern with Vyuha Innovation Foundation. The internship is a training and skill-development engagement and does not constitute full-time employment. Duration: 7 weeks Mode: Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site work as per project needs). 2. Duties & Responsibilities The Intern agrees to: Contribute to the development and maintenance of websites, web applications, and related digital platforms. Undertake tasks including UI/UX implementation, front-end and back-end support, debugging, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with team members from design, content, and operations. Dedicate 4–6 hours per day toward assigned work. Maintain strict confidentiality of project-related and organizational data. 3. Mentorship & Learning The Intern will work under the guidance of a Mentor/Project Lead. The Foundation will facilitate learning opportunities such as code reviews, design discussions, and exposure to real-time projects. The internship is designed to enhance the Intern’s technical, professional, and teamwork skills. 4. Work Schedule Commitment: 4 to 6 hours per day, flexible timing, with availability for scheduled meetings or reviews. Mode of Work: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-person engagements, depending on project requirements). 5. Stipend & Perks This is an Unpaid Internship. Perks include: Employee Onboarding Kit (ID card, branded stationery, or other organizational merchandise). Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion. Eligibility for Letters of Recommendation based on performance. Access to Vyuha’s network and future collaboration opportunities. 6. Intellectual Property (IP) Any code, design, content, or digital asset developed during the internship shall remain the sole property of Vyuha Innovation Foundation. The Intern shall not use, share, or distribute such materials for personal or external use without prior written permission. 7. Confidentiality The Intern shall maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information, including but not limited to project details, partner data, and organizational strategies. This obligation continues even after the internship concludes. 8. Code of Conduct The Intern is expected to act with professionalism, responsibility, and integrity at all times. Respect for team members, mentors, and organizational policies is mandatory. Any breach of conduct may lead to termination of the internship. 9. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate without notice in cases of misconduct, negligence, or breach of confidentiality/IP rights. 10. Certification & Completion On successful completion of the internship, the Intern will receive: Internship Completion Certificate Perks (Onboarding Kit) Consideration for future recommendations and networking within Vyuha’s ecosystem. 11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Andhra Pradesh, India.
