About the program

Agratas EduTech is a fast growing EdTech company dedicated to bridging the gap between academics and industry. We are looking for enthusiastic and self driven Business Development Trainees Executives who are passionate about sales, communication, and building strong professional networks. This role offers immense learning opportunities, hands-on exposure, and a clear pathway to a fulltime position with attractive packages. Key Responsibilities : Engage with potential students and professionals to explain our courses and offerings. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into enrollments. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Terms of Engagement

The internship will be of 4 months duration (mandatory for certification). Performance-based stipend will be provided during the internship. On successful completion, interns may be converted into full-time employees with a package of ?4–6 LPA. Internship Certificate will be awarded upon completion, and top performers may also receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR).
