About the program

Gudsky Research Foundation is a government registered non profit organization dedicated to advancing innovation through research and development. We work on impactful projects connecting technology with real world applications and creating intuitive digital experiences. The position is for a UI UX Intern at research and development organization. The internship will run for six months starting on 1st September 2025 and will be conducted remotely. The working days will be Monday to Friday with a minimum of 4 working hours per day. The UI UX Intern will be responsible for designing user centric digital experiences in collaboration with our development and research teams. The role involves creating intuitive interfaces engaging user flows and high quality prototypes primarily using Figma. The intern will contribute to the design process from concept to final implementation ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand standards. Key responsibilities of this role is that intern will design and prototype intuitive user interfaces using Figma and collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and design consistency. They will conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Responsibilities also include creating wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes ensuring that designs are visually appealing accessible and aligned with brand guidelines. Iteration based on feedback from stakeholders and users will be an essential part of the work. Candidates should have proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe XD or Illustrator is a plus. A solid understanding of UI UX principles and best practices along with basic knowledge of responsive and adaptive design is required. The role demands creativity attention to detail and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a collaborative environment is essential. This internship provides real world experience in a research and development setting mentorship and guidance from experienced designers and developers and the opportunity to work on meaningful and impactful projects. An internship certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.

Terms of Engagement

The internship position is UIUX Intern at Gudsky Research Foundation for a duration of six months starting from 1st September 2025. The mode of work will be remote with working days from Monday to Friday and a minimum of four hours of work per day. The intern will design and prototype user interfaces, create wireframes, conduct user research, and collaborate with the development team to ensure quality and consistency. Interns must arrange their own laptop and internet connection. All designs and related outputs will be the property of Gudsky Research Foundation. Interns must maintain confidentiality of all project data, designs, and research material. The organization reserves the right to terminate the internship at any stage for non performance, misconduct, or breach of terms. Upon successful completion, an internship certificate will be awarded.
