Web Developer Internship. Gudsky Research Foundation a Research and Development organization dedicated to driving innovation across diverse domains is offering a 6 month Web Developer Internship starting from 1st September 2025. This is a remote opportunity allowing candidates to work from anywhere while gaining valuable experience. Interns will be expected to work Monday to Friday with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Web Developer Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in designing developing and maintaining dynamic responsive and user friendly websites that align with our research and outreach initiatives. This role offers hands on experience in front end development and an opportunity to work on live projects that contribute to real world impact. Key Responsibilities are the Web Developer Intern will develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML CSS and JavaScript. They will optimize websites for performance scalability and search engine ranking SEO while collaborating with researchers and developers to effectively present research findings online. The role also involves implementing UIUX best practices testing and debugging issues and assisting with content updates and integration of interactive elements. Required Skills and Qualifications Candidates should have a strong understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript along with basic knowledge of SEO principles. Familiarity with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind css as well as version control systems like Git is desirable. Good problem solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. This internship provides hands on experience in a Research and Development environment along with mentorship from experienced professionals in technology and research. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that make an impact. Upon successful completion participants will receive a certificate recognizing their contribution and achievements.

Terms of Engagement
The position title is Web Developer Intern at Gudsky Research Foundation, a government registered non profit organization. The work mode will be remote. The internship will start on 1 September 2025 and will continue for six months. Interns will work from Monday to Friday for a minimum of four hours per day, with flexible timing as agreed. This is an unpaid internship unless stated otherwise. Performance will be evaluated based on code quality, timely task completion, responsiveness, and meeting deadlines. Interns will develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They will optimize websites for performance, scalability, and SEO. They will work with researchers and developers to present research findings online. They will apply UI and UX best practices, test and debug issues, and help with content updates and interactive features. Required skills include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, basic SEO knowledge, familiarity with Bootstrap or TailwindCSS, and version control tools such as Git. Guidance and mentorship will be provided by experienced professionals. Interns must have their own laptop or computer and a stable internet connection. All code, designs, and deliverables created during the internship will be the property of Gudsky Research Foundation. Interns must keep all project, design, and research information confidential. On successful completion, interns will receive a certificate and a performance based recommendation letter. Gudsky Research Foundation reserves the right to end the internship at any stage in case of non performance, misconduct, or breach of terms.
