About the program

In this role, you will contribute to advancing precision agriculture by working with IoT devices, sensor networks, and automation systems designed to optimize farming practices. You will assist in deploying field monitoring systems and integrating them seamlessly with PoCRA platforms to enable realtime data collection and analysis. Your work will involve gathering and interpreting information from soil sensors, weather stations, and unmanned aerial vehicles UAVs to provide actionable insights for improving crop health, water management, and resource efficiency. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with agricultural scientists and field workers to ensure effective adoption and utilization of these technologies in rural farming communities. By combining technical expertise with onground support, you will help bridge the gap between modern agricultural innovations and practical, farmerfriendly solutions, ultimately contributing to improved productivity, sustainability, and climate resilience in agriculture.
