About the program

In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, userfriendly interfaces and experiences for PoCRA applications, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse user groups, including those in rural areas. You will create detailed wireframes, visually appealing mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively translate functional requirements into engaging digital experiences. A key part of the role involves conducting usability testing with rural user groups to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine designs for better accessibility and ease of use. You will work closely with frontend developers to maintain design integrity during the implementation phase, ensuring the final product aligns with the original vision and meets usability standards. This position requires creativity, empathy, and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to balance aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency, ultimately delivering applications that are both visually engaging and practical for end users in varied environments.
