About the program

The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for supporting daytoday accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records managing Tally Prime entries handling GST filings assisting with payroll and ensuring compliance with company financial policies This role is ideal for a detailoriented and proactive individual with a commerce background and proficiency in Tally and Excel Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime Maintain purchase sales and expense records Prepare and manage GST returns TDS and other statutory compliances Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and invoice management Help manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Maintain filing systems for all accountingrelated documents Communicate with banks regarding company transactions when required Required Skills Qualifications: B.Com M.Com graduate 2024 or 2025 passout preferred Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Good communication skills verbal and written

Terms of Engagement

Nature of Engagement The first month will be considered an internship/training period with a stipend of ?10,000. Upon successful completion of the training period and performance evaluation, the candidate will be offered a full-time position with a starting salary of ?20,000 per month. The employment will be subject to the company’s policies, rules, and regulations as amended from time to time.
