Terms of Engagement

Terms of Engagement – Python Developer Intern (FastAPI + PostgreSQL) Nature of Internship This is an unpaid internship focused on hands-on learning in backend development, API building, and database management. Interns will work under the mentorship of experienced developers and contribute to real-world projects. Duration & Work Mode Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance). Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home). Working Hours : 6 hours daily. Flexible schedule, with deliverables and deadlines discussed in advance. Interns are expected to dedicate 10–15 hours per week or as mutually agreed. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI. Work with PostgreSQL databases for data storage and retrieval. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate on architecture and design decisions. Use Git & GitHub for version control. Code of Conduct Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. Respect the confidentiality of all project-related data, code, and client information. Follow coding best practices and meet agreed deadlines. Intellectual Property (IP) All work, code, and deliverables created during the internship will remain the exclusive property of the company. Interns shall not share, reuse, or distribute code or project details without prior written approval. Performance Review Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to track progress. Successful completion of the internship will be based on performance, commitment, and deliverables. Certification & Benefits An Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be awarded upon successful completion.
