About the program

Gnanadhara Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for 3 months. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have a sharp eye for detail, and be passionate about learning and growing in the field of digital marketing. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns Tracking and analyzing campaign performance Creating content for social media platforms Assisting in SEO optimization Assisting with research and development of new marketing strategies Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively This is an unpaid internship. Terms of Engagement

1. Position Title: Digital Marketing Intern 2. Internship Duration: The interns with a total duration of 3months. 3. Nature of Internship: This is a unpaid & volunteer based internship. The internship is intended for skill development, practical exposure, and learning. 4. Working Hours: 4 hours per day Flexible timing depending on deliverables Remote 5. Roles and Responsibilities: The intern will support the team in tasks such as: Creating content for social media posts, captions, reels. Managing and growing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook pages Designing marketing campaigns and email newsletters Performing SEO&SEM research and keyword analysis Monitoring analytics and preparing engagement reports Assisting in influencer outreach and brand collaborations 6. Reporting & Supervision: The intern will report to manager and must provide regular updates on tasks via Google Docs, Trello, WhatsApp, or Email. 7. Confidentiality: Any access to internal data, passwords, strategies, or drafts must be kept strictly confidential during and after the internship. 8. Code of Conduct: Maintain professionalism and originality in content Avoid plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission Be respectful and responsive in communication 9. Leave Policy: Prior intimation is required for any leave or absence Extended inactivity without notice may lead to termination 10. Termination Clause: The organization reserves the right to terminate the internship for any misconduct, poor performance, or breach of terms. The intern may also discontinue with a prior written notice of 5 days. 11. Stipend : unpaid 12. Completion Certificate: An Internship Completion Certificate will be issued only after: Successful completion of all assigned work Submission of final report&portfolio Minimum attendance and active participation
