Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, outreach programs, etc.. Support administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and report preparation. Collaborate with team members on project planning and implementation. Contribute creative ideas and solutions during team discussions. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner. Support with social media, communications, or community engagement as applicable. Qualifications: Strong interest in social work community development NGO activities field specific area. Good communication and teamwork skills. Self motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. Terms of Engagement

1. Position Title: Volunteer Intern Social Work, Outreach, Fundraising, etc. 2. Duration of Internship: This internship will be for 7 weeks 3. Nature of Internship: This is a volunteer-based internship. No stipend or monetary compensation will be provided. The opportunity is intended for learning, exposure, and social contribution. 4. Working Hours: Flexible & Part-time Days: Monday to Sunday Total weekly commitment based on the activities. 5. Roles and Responsibilities: The intern will support the organization in activities such as: Community outreach and engagement Event support and coordination Content creation&documentation Volunteer mobilization Awareness campaigns or educational programs Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor 6. Code of Conduct: Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respect. Follow instructions and organizational policies. Collaborate with fellow team members and beneficiaries with empathy. 7. Confidentiality: All internal data, photos, or documentation must be handled with care and should not be shared publicly without permission. 8. Leave Policy: Prior notice must be given in case of absence or leave. Uninformed absences may affect the issuance of the certificate. 9. Termination Clause: The organization reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time due to misconduct, inactivity, or breach of policy. The intern may also discontinue with a prior notice of 7 days. 10. Completion & Certification: A Volunteer Internship Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship and submission of final reports&logs, if applicable.
