Responsibilities: Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans. Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment. Review applications and Interview processes. Coordinate with the candidates Proactively. Develop recruitment related Documents. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Develop training and development programs. Assist in performance management processes. Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills. Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads. Familiarity with MS excel analyzing spreadsheets and charts. Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations. Ability to collaborate with team members, Self Motivated and organized. Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Terms of Engagement

Terms and engagement of hr internship 1. Position Title Intern Human Resources 2. Duration The internship will conclude for 3 months 3. Working Hours 4 hours per day Monday to Saturday 4. Location Remote Reporting Manager: Madhu 5. Stipend & Compensation Unpaid 6. Roles & Responsibilities The intern is expected to assist in: Recruitment processes screening, scheduling Maintaining HR records and documentation Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities Employee engagement initiatives Any other HR tasks as assigned 7. Confidentiality Interns must maintain confidentiality of all company information and data during and after the internship period. 8. Code of Conduct Professional behavior, punctuality, and adherence to organization policies are mandatory. 9. Termination Clause The internship may be terminated by either party within 3 days prior notice, with valid reason. 10. Certification On successful completion of the internship, an Internship Completion Certificate will be awarded.
