About the Job: We are looking for a resultsfocused and detailoriented Project Manager to head the planning, execution, and delivery of highimpact projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring timely completion of all projects, within scope, and within budget, coordinating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: 1. Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in accordance with the organisation's objectives. 2. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 3. Lead project execution, monitoring, and control activities from initiation to closure. 4. Coordinate internal resources and thirdparty vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 5. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning. 6. Identify risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies. 7. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders. 8. Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. 9. Drive continuous improvement through postproject reviews and lessons learned. Skills Required: 1. Problemsolving mindset. 2. Adaptability and resilience. 3. Conflict resolution skills. 4. Sound knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. 5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities. 6. Proficiency in digital project management tools. Required Qualifications Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field Master's preferred. 2. At least 2 years of experience managing development or humanitarian projects within an NGO or INGO environment. 3. Demonstrated experience in managing donorfunded projects. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. 5. Proficiency in programs like MS Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.

Terms of Engagement

1. Position Title: Project Management Intern 2. Duration of Internship: The internship is with 3months 3. Nature of Internship: This is a unpaid,volunteer based internship offered for the purpose of professional skill development, project exposure, and team collaboration experience. 4. Working Hours: 4 hours per day Remote Intern is expected to attend regular update meetings and meet project deadlines 5. Roles and Responsibilities: The intern will assist in: Planning, tracking, and managing project timelines Coordinating tasks among departments or volunteers Monitoring progress using project management tools Trello, Asana, Excel. Assisting with documentation, reporting, and risk identification Communicating updates with stakeholders Supporting virtual meetings, follow ups, and scheduling 6. Reporting & Supervision: The intern will report to manager and provide daily&weekly status updates. Review meetings will be held regularly. 7. Confidentiality Clause: Any internal documents, strategies, project data, or communication accessed during the internship must be treated with strict confidentiality. 8. Code of Conduct: Interns are expected to be professional, punctual, and proactive Respectful communication and collaborative behavior are mandatory Adherence to deadlines and organizational policies is required 9. Leave Policy: Prior notice must be provided for any absences More than 3 unexplained absences may result in termination of internship 10. Termination Clause: The organization reserves the right to terminate the internship with notice in case of underperformance, misconduct, or breach of agreement The intern may also withdraw by providing 5 days written notice 11. Stipend: Unpaid 12. Completion Certificate: Upon successful completion of the internship, a Project Management Internship Completion Certificate will be awarded, contingent upon: Active participation throughout the internship Completion of assigned tasks and submission of final reports Attendance at required review or closing sessions
