About the program

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for proactive BBA and MBA students who are looking to gain hands on experience in sales, client engagement, and market strategy. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and support revenue generation activities. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. + Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities through various channels. + Support in developing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. + Engage with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs. + Maintain and update CRM tools and sales documentation. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to support marketing campaigns and client onboarding. + Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management. Preferred Qualifications: + Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Basic understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and market analysis. + Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools is a plus. + Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Terms of Engagement

Performance-Based Stipend: Interns will be eligible for a stipend in the form of 5 to 10 percent commission on the net revenue generated through leads or clients directly handled by them. No fixed monthly stipend is applicable. Confidentiality: Interns must maintain the confidentiality of company data, client information, and any sensitive materials shared during the internship. Work Commitment: Interns are expected to commit 6 hours per day and meet agreed-upon deliverables and targets. Reporting and Communication: Interns will report to their assigned supervisor and maintain regular communication regarding progress and client interactions. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the internship with a prior written notice of 7 days, with or without cause. Use of Company Resources: Any tools, content, or documents shared during the internship are the sole property of the company and must not be used for personal purposes or shared with third parties. No Employment Guarantee: This internship does not guarantee full time employment. However, high performing candidates may be considered for permanent roles based on business needs and individual performance. Certification: A certificate and letter of recommendation will be awarded only upon successful completion of the internship and submission of final reports or deliverables. Compliance: Interns are expected to comply with all company policies, code of conduct, and ethical guidelines.
